Method The Saturation Method

How we match you to the evidence.

Three questions. One published clinical trial. The protocol on your screen traces back — by name — to the study it's drawn from.

Most HBOT guidance online is a wall of vague encouragement: studies suggest, research shows, may help. We built the Saturation Method to do the opposite — to tie every recommendation to a specific, named, published trial you can read yourself.

It works in three questions. You tell us your focus, your experience with HBOT, and the time you can realistically commit. The Method maps those answers to the published clinical trial that best fits them, and returns the exact protocol that trial used: pressure, oxygen percentage, session length, frequency, and course duration. Beneath it sits the citation — the trial’s authors and year, linked to the source.

No “studies suggest.” No “research shows.” Studies cited.

That traceability is meant to cut both ways. Where the evidence is strong, the Method shows you strong evidence. Where it’s early or limited, it says so — and links you to exactly what’s been studied, so you can weigh it yourself rather than take our word for it. The protocol you see reflects what a published study actually used. It is not a treatment plan.

The Saturation Method is an educational tool, not medical advice. HBOT protocols vary by individual and condition; decisions about your health should be made with a licensed physician.
